@Sharyn Sharyn M.undefinedAny payment, other than an initial lump sum option price that is applied to the purchase price is a financing arrangement and will violate the Dodd-Frank Act as a consumer loan unless the arrangement is originated and processed by a registered mortgage loan originator, I doubt any RMLO in compliance would do an option contract.
