The reason I do what I do showing proof is because it inspires others making them realize the dream is within reach.

On the lending front, it all depends on what entities are the beneficiaries.

The more you pay upfront the lower the rate, but you have to make sure to do the math on what you payback period will be.

It seems like it basically up to you to do the math on how much more you will potentially make selling each unit individually and then deciding if that extra $$$ is worth the number of extra hours you will spend.

And if the fed rate continues to drop, so will the mortgage rate. 

Bonus question: Should I execute the leases under the business name and tenant’s name, or should the leases be in my personal name and the tenant’s name, considering the loan is in my name?

They could positive cashflow and i believe there should be good rental demand from student population but i am not sure about the scope of appreciation in the area.
