Update: so i haven't logged in for a long time.....but the section 8 tenant is still with us and we eventually convinced her to sign the rental increase.

I don’t plan on living in Philadelphia long-term but probably will for at least the next year.

I also don't like how long it takes for the checks to clear I do use the free version and takes about 5 business days to clear.
