The cell phone reception is poor at best and drops out in some units.Would you install a cell repeater on the property?

The mom & pop shop we bought gave out their cell phones and were available 24/7/365.

So are you saying if I had taken out a loan to build this project and then it went into a regular commercial loan a could write interest off but because I put in capital, blood sweat and tears and paid outta pocket and then went for loan I could not write off interest paid?

I am willing to give my blood, sweat, and tears to learn the in's and out's from someone with the PROPER knowledge willing to teach.

I tried to do a google search for "HBP" but I could only find "High Blood Pressure."

Get a PO Box for rent payments and get a cell phone.

Ok so here it is, I am looking at a Commercial property that has retail space along the first floor and apartments on the top floors, the building comes with a billboard on top along with a cell tower so there is extra income. 

My old neighbor across the street is an engineer and he would constantly tell me brokers/agents were "blood sucking vampires" who shouldn't get paid anything.

You could also shop your competition and see how they address that problem.Google phone is awesome; so you could link phone calls to your cell/email and you would have the option of picking up or sending to voicemail.Also, since it looks like you are starting out, you may want to narrow your focus (in RE they call it farm area) because if you market over a wide area and you start getting calls/ appointments, you could be spreading yourself too thin trying to accomplish several tasks and finding that you are unable because you had to go to Timbuktu. :)  Just saying.At any rate, good luck to you.
