Hi everyone!

Two weeks ago, I got my first listing as a new agent! I am so excited but I have not received any offers yet. The person I listed their house for is family and had taken their photos themselves but I am already in the process of finding a new photographer. 

I also had two open houses for the property the past two weekends and only this past Sunday August 21st, I had people come in.

If you have any suggestions I am all ears! 

The house is located in Palm Bay,FL. I am still trying to figure out how to get better at my forums, the forum location was only showing an option for Orlando and Miami for me to choose from. Sorry in advance!

Big congrats! Many more to come! I would be happy to take a look at your listing and give you feedback on photos, description, etc. 

If you are familiar with FB ads, I would recommend running those to get more eyeballs on the property (also a chance to double end). There are services that will run social ads for you as well if you aren't familiar.

I would also consider sending a mailer to the immediate area surrounding your listing. Often people want their family and friends to live nearby so they will share.

Do remember that two weeks isn't a long time and that our commission is meant to give us the funds to help market the property so don't be afraid to spend some money.
