I haired a property management company and so far they are doing a great job with the rental. 

The house has beautiful hard wood floors that have been severely scratched because her children's 3 twin beds are scraping the finish off the floor.  

On the other hand, if you like the idea of something turnkey, but don't like the idea of not having had control over rehab choices, etc. you'll end up pulling out your hair when you find things weren't done the way you want.

Hi everyone, I recently bought a property with tons of potential near ASU in a beautiful old community.

The realtor called up the listing agent and we found out the same day we wanted to put an offer on the beautiful 3 floor, 3 family completely renovated house with new plumbing, electrical, water heaters, etc. with a driveway and 2 car garage, it received an offer that same day!

Then the text and voice messages began, oh what beauties!
