And while it is not her place to ask why he does that or to try to fix it; it is accurate that his "poor" ways of not planning cause him to stay "poor" or at least not get very far ahead.You are placing a negative connotation on a simple statement that has some bearing in fact and can be evidenced by the actions of people that have the mentality.

Yes Marc the falling thing for sure more than the height.In martial arts we do falls from high up rolling out the energy and momentum.So if it's not too high up it doesn't bother me.Also if there was water to break the fall I would be more at ease.Swimming is great but it is a non-load bearing exercise.That is great for people with joint problems etc.For regular workouts it is important along with the swimming to do load bearing exercises outside of the pool.One of the lifeguards at the YMCA I was talking to while in the hot tub is an avid swimmer.Some of his buddies wanted to go run.They ran 5 miles and he is only 20 years old and did fine with the cardio but had pain afterwords.Found out he did a stress fracture to his hip and had to take time off.So a combo of things is best for muscle,cardio,and bone strength and too not overdo it when starting up.
