Our product that covers investors that have over 10 homes on a master policy automatically covers the perils that a DP3 covers but it is not called a DP3 since we insure them on a commercial policy.

you should make offers often, use your own contract of sale, I use a one page contract I call the "Skinny", it is easy to read and to be understood by sellers and it has all I need to make a great deal (disclosures, automatic extensions, delayed settlement clauses, and assignment and out clauses if you are not sure of the condition, always put in an inspection clause in your offers - you can always do what we call "second-stage negotiations, this is where you adjust your offer lower based on inspection report.

And did the same with the kids in the so-called "Best School" kids and put them in the so-called "Worst School"I'd bet the school names would automatically reverse as to best school and worst school--meaning it's the students not the "School" that are being ranked.And I have to say, every time I run across this "School Ranking" /really student ranking/ it seems like Racism (and I don't use that word very often of very lightly).It seems like the old Red Lining system, but pretending that a building, or a certain set of teachers, is causing a rating, but really it's the students causing it.And those who fall in line with this when choosing a house, are simply picking which side of the Red Line they want their kids to be on...who their kids can sit in class with.In reality, I'm a strong Home School supporter (for ALL kids) (so I don't have a dog in this fight)--I'm just an observer, and that's how it looks to me.It's a "Student Ranking", and not a "School Ranking".

We'd like the channel manager to integrate with the smart lock for generating codes automatically for guests.So far, our top choice for locks is Erentallock (because it doesn't rely on wifi and doesn't have an ongoing subscription charge) but the website isn't very clear on how it may be able to integrate with a Channel Manager such as Your Porter App.
