Sorry if this is a silly question, but has anyone heard of Scale kit (fix and flip automated) funding and have any thoughts on if it is a good investment or not?  

Many people here self-manage using automation and software and other things. you don't need property managers.

You should make your listing and handle the guest services. you can use tools like price labs for pricing and guestly to manage multiple booking sites and coordinate calendars as well as build out automation for communications with guests.

Automate/outsource everything you can!!! 

The fee thing should have turned automated by now, however, if you choose Vacasa make sure to do the math and make sure you aren't getting duped.

I signed the disclosures as soon as I received them and never heard from him again except a few emails since that were clearly automated regarding other properties.
