If you were doing work in Dupage county, especially unincorporated, it is almost assured permits were required.  

The asset protection is worth the money just for the protection of anonymity compliance and charging order protection.  

There are still costs being associated with a brokerage like E&O and compliance stuff.However, with 100% payout, don't expect any support. 100% commission outfits are more for people that already have experience and want to work on their own...

Couple questions if you don't mind:What resources have you used to gain information on the business operation aspects of it (ie: Medical billing, staff compliance, etc.?)

If she has call reluctance, this is most assuredly NOT the way to go - unless all you want is direct access to MLS.

We didn't know that the city didn't like those plans (Mistake #2).The contractor eventually was in over his skis between having to increase the diameter of the public sewer line to ADA compliance to the required indoor sprinkler systems, so a few weeks after closing on the property, he had to walk away from the project.As we scrambled to find a new contractor and to get our plans approved by the city, our holding and soft costs ballooned. 

This gives them flexibility and the assurance they'll get the deposit back, which is a big concern for most renters.
