Besides upgrading the units themselves, we definitely want to paint the exterior and replace the old deck and patio for curb appeal.

You and your agent need to come up with ways to make your offers more appealing to offset the fact that you are doing FHA. 

Well, usually to transact real estate, you need at least ONE managing/principal broker in the state.I guess if they've got that, they're legal.I think most of their appeal is they're in NJ and someone says they'd like to buy in OR.
