Looking to buy rental property in College Station TX

Hello Everyone,

I am thinking to buy a rental property (single family house) in College Station, TX. If I do that, this would be my first investment property. I would like to see what you guys think, is this a good place to buy rental property for a beginner like myself? Please share your thoughts.
