I have to sign personal gaurentees for all my loans regardless, so to collateralize isn't that big of deal for me as long as they don't demand 1st position liens.They're also offering 250% assistance on your weekly payroll if you keep your employees paid. 

And I guess anything around there that would demand $1750 is going to be significantly bigger than a 4/2.

Tenants will scam you, contractors will lie to you....can you catch them in the act and demand they live up to their word, even when they insult you and mock you?

True service animals are exempt in that a HOA can have a no pet policy, but a service dog would still be accommodated.

Just curious to hear from those which currently have vacant properties as to what they are seeing in regards to demand for their rental listings right now in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In some cases they will e ngage mobile notary services to help us meet the demand for closings.

My flips are currently on hold.I'm in Georgia, this property is in a semi-rural area that currently has a lot of demand with a very low supply.  

Demand is still strong right now.
