The homes here are very affordable too, which makes it a nice entry-level market.

A little more affordable and people are definitely looking to rent in those towns.

I am personally seeking out LTRs as property values are skyrocketing with rents.On the bright side, the city just approved rental ADUs for full-time residents to combat the affordable housing crisis here.Good luck on your search.

Buy the house w/ a friend so that you can collectively afford more and split everything.It's good to know how much you can afford before doing anything though.

They are more affordable and the ROI is well worth it.
