I'm pretty sure investors will pay extra to put their applications on a fast track and the city could always use the extra revenue; just putting it out there in the internet universe 😉

Normally I would advise all young people to go to University because that is the same advice I am giving my kids but I do understand that one size does not fit all in the world.Good luck!

I graduated from Penn State University in the spring of 2020 with a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.

What are all the mobile home park funds out there raising $ from individual investors? The private RE fund space seems to be quite opaque. Is there anyone tracking the various funds for would-be investors?

There are contractor who have the accreditation as a Certified 203k Contractor which will be the best route to go b/c they've been 203k-educated and had their 203k experience, insurance, license and financials all verified to ensure they have sufficient money to pay for the startup costs ang ongoing expenses associated with 203k's.
