Hello Everyone! My name is Mark Lannier. I am a new investor living in Baldwinsville NY.

I was introduced to residential real estate in high school while I was working for a general contractor. We did quite a bit of work on rental properties and I became interested very quickly. I then started my own residential contracting business while I was in college and continued to learn about real estate investing via the biggerpockets podcast.

I made some connections in the industry during that time, and aggressively saved money for my first deal. I graduated from Penn State University in the spring of 2020 with a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. I now work as a full time engineer in Syracuse NY.

I am proud to say I recently closed on my first deal at the age of 22; a duplex in Tipperary Hill. It has been an incredibly rewarding experience and I look forward to the journey ahead in growing my business.
