Hello, I've been trying to learn everything I can about development and what not while in highschool so I can be as prepared as possible.

It makes me think of investing more in the 'outskirts' of newer developments, like in the Bothell/Woodinville corridor or up in Everett.  

In my opinion, self-development and education are vital for progression.  

Or call the development company myself and talk with them?

I seem to be drowning in land development deals and I don't have any true developers besides one in my rolodex.
