.—(1) When any lands are sold for the nonpayment of taxes, or any tax certificate is issued thereon by a governmental unit or agency or pursuant to any tax lien foreclosure proceeding, the title to the lands shall continue to be subject to any easement:(a) For conservation purposes as provided in s. 704.06 or for telephone, telegraph, pipeline, power transmission, or other public service purpose.

I heard it talked about on the podcast and had to try it.

Most people will continue to do exactly what they’re doing, and getting the same results.

One thing I would do is go talk to Lloyd Seigel at the LAREIC meeting they have every month near UCLA. 

It is foolish to continue adding late fees thinking you will make more money.

I might buy it just to see what they are talking about.

I do have a lender I’ve started talking to to find out what I qualify for.
