I'm meeting contractor for drinks this Friday and am writing questions that I need to ask him.

I am proud to say that with the knowledge and confidence that I have gained from these books I will be making my first offer on an investment property either tomorrow (Feb. 13) or Friday (Feb. 14)!

The way they have it set up is every Friday they make a payment which five months have an extra Friday so little over a month extra in rent.

When I dropped the price of the home Friday, I had asked that this piece be noticeable whether in the beginning or end of the listing and has been added since I had a feeling this would be questionable but needed to make sure everyone was well aware.  

HVAC guy came in last Friday with some good news-furnace and water heater are good to go!

Same thing with my wife, so from 8-5 Monday through Friday, no business (OUCH!)

Not today - new leads are almost 100% web origin.We also had a mandatory 1 hour meeting on Friday morning (endless lectures about cleaning up the sink) and mandatory broker's tours every Friday lasting 3-4 hours.Yes, stay in touch with the market, but a broker's tour every 8 weeks is sufficient for that.The total non-productive time?
