Buying First Property!

I have been a member of BP for a little over a month and just went PRO last week! I have read Coach Carson’s “Retire Early with Real Estate” and I am currently listening to Brandon’s “Book on Rental Property Investing.” I am proud to say that with the knowledge and confidence that I have gained from these books I will be making my first offer on an investment property either tomorrow (Feb. 13) or Friday (Feb. 14)!

To everyone in the BP community, thank you! This is an awesome place to learn and grow as a REI! I cannot wait to continue my journey with real estate!
