Some immediate advice:1) Ask the lender for a referral2) Ask the realtor for a referral3) epa certified contractor database you can search your immediate area4) local paint store will have a few regulars that may prove to be a good resourceYou want someone you can rely on and can do the entire job and carry the cost.
