Hello everyone. I've been trolling on BP for a few weeks now and I'm amazed at the quantity of quality info available. All my previous experiences with forums were tainted by big egos and aggressive conversations (those were motorcycle forums), so this is a breath of fresh air! 

I'm entirely new to the concept of real estate investing but I'm intrigued and I'm soaking up info like a sponge to see if this is something I'm cut out for. I'm fortunate in that I have close friends that have been successful in the field and are guiding me along. 

So, I just wanted to pop in and say  I'm glad to be a member and I appreciate the wisdom that's being shared here!
