As Ben mentioned, the labor is what's going to kill you on those old windows, labor and the fact that unless you have guys working for you that are real skilled at painting and glazing, they're probably not going to look "picture perfect" when they're done, either.

Having only one aspect such as land may not be sufficient in an equitable exchange for the economic benefit for the use of money.If someone has no management skills, no experience, no capital or income, and can't contribute anything to improve the land as labor, but has 1,000 acres and wants to borrow $1,000.00 that is not an equitable exchange. if any lender did lend in that situation it would be a predatory transaction.

It's no secret that the greater metro Phoenix area had led most of the country side it bottomed out in about 2011, and the west of Phoenix is experiencing a growth a little higher than the rest because it was hit harder than the rest.People still want to be in areas such as Scottsdsale and Tempe, that's why those areas are now experiencing a shortage in inventory.We do deals in Goodyear, and have had success, but it's hard not to with a continually rising market.

This increase in jobs and commerce has caused a demand for housing, and answering the questionwhy investing in Central OH Real Estate maybe a good investment .There is also a shortage of inventory in both the low to mid-range rental market and in the houses for sale market.
