I have asked her to clarify that with them.As for lead paint, MA is uber picky about how that is disclosed and most ads for pre 1978 construction state whether they have a lead certificate or not.

I've also used public-record.com for code violations and divorces, i've gone to the county court house to get probate files (which many include the administrators phone number) and also list source for out of state owners and pre-foreclosure lists.

I'm new to buying wholesale properties but I would think it would be easier to buy wholesale properties from motivated sellers in a pre-foreclosure or handy man special than a bank owned property?
