Make sure the forms you find fit your situation because the rules regarding monthly vs weekly tenancy may differ.  

I have consumed a ton of information on "creative" financing and now that I actually may have a deal that might fit the criteria for creative financing I'm not sure how to even go about it.

Now, when you can pay an online service $30 or so for the same credit/background screening, e-mail applications to interested parties and schedule actual showings on specific days that fit your schedule, free advertising on postlets and other sites, screening tenants is no longer worth the fees he is being asked to pay, and he should rightly be looking for alternatives.

There is dozens of similar examples and twists i can list but it all fits under the 1 same umbrella of a person has every leagal right to sell an equitable interest, and there are a lot of ways a person can facilitate such.
