Joint venturing, hard money lending.

Hi everyone,My partner and I are starting a syndication LLC which for this example, we'll call TD, LLC. Let's say in the future we partner with a few investors and own 10 different properties and on all 10 of the LLC'...

. - Remember this is a business venture.  

In some older bad wiring situations, you might find that instead of splices with wire nuts to tie circuits together DIY might have used the screws on the receptacles to tie multiple wires together.

Turnkey providers will often offer discounts to investors who pay cash up front to fund the rehab and will also call it turnkey because they are still doing the work of sourcing, managing the rehab, and placing a tenant, as opposed to the more common DIY method on BP where the investor does all those things

And since Flip or Flop, Flipping the Heartland and numerous other shows on the DIY network and HGTV have stopped giving me the rush they used to I have decided to venture into RE myself. 

Of course most of the best ones have already been taken, but that leaves me with the question of do I go for a less optimized domain name, venture outside the realm of .com's and .net's or would venturing outside affect the searches? 

I've worked with a couple of real estate investors doing flips, research work and invested private money for other's investment ventures, but I never treated it like a business. 

My opinion on business credit for new ventures is that it is a bit of a con.
