BP Nation,Does anyone have any insights on the multifamily rental or single family market? 

I want to close on that property, but need some help in these matters legal, CPA, Foreign national program (lender) in the U.S.  

Although I know my salary is great and way above the national average, I am by no means rich, especially located in California's SF Bay Area where cost of living is probably #1 in the country and I've got 3 kids to support :-). 

My banking options are limited to National Banks because I live in Virginia and the condo is in Reno, so I have to be there in person to sign the documents.

-Is it unwise to have the mortgage servicing done by a national  company like FCI or Green Tree, or are there local servicing companies here in my jurisdiction of Bucks County, PA that could provide this service competitively?

@Natalie Kolodij I don't know if you need access to the MLS for this, but over here you can find the average growth and inflation rate in a national real estate listing service.

According to Co-Star (a non-res search engine & data provide for commercial brokers), Q3 in the Denver market saw Industrial at 4.1% vacancy (national @ 6.7%), Office at 9.8% vacancy (national @ 10.6%), and Retail at 5.1% vacancy (national @ 5.7%).Regardless, welcome to BP!
