This sounds like gambling instead of investing.

Can anyone help with Partnership Proposal in Real Estate.I work with few real estate agency in US I create graphic, web design, photo manipulation etc.Now I try find new clients and I sent them my email with Partnership Proposal in Real Estate but I think it's not good written, because not much clients respond to me!

I've decided to let things play out, BUT I realize I'm taking a gamble......Just looking for ideas on what you folks do...Thanks!

Nobody would ever pay their taxes in that circumstance, gambling that other people will fix it up for them, basically for free.

Maybe there are some web developers within our ranks that want to take this on and deliver a more owner / guest focused solution.

Level of education on the latter will make or break that gamble.

If the numbers work to stay with one supplier, and the gamble on maybe saving a few bucks isn't worth the effort then by all means do what works best. 

Use an excel spreadsheet to keep notes side by side on each, so you can compare differences.It can become your Swiss army knife if you talk to a lot of them.or you could spend countless hours/days/weeks/years researching it on the web---but the call method is better.You: Hello Mr.
