Alhtough many title co still won't insure the tax collector deed for a number of years would depend on how valuable of a client you were to them..

The experience was great for me because it forced me to learn a lot (so I could guide others) and provided me with a lot of access to investors.

There are benefits to having both.When you go fishing or hunting, you have your local experts near your home and fishing and hunting guides who know the ins and outs and sweet spots of the place you wish to travel to.The laws in CA and OK are similar both still very different.
