Hello, 

I am new to real estate investing. I am doing a lot of research and educating myself on the real estate world. I am interested in investing,wholesaling, and flipping. I am looking to network and find people who are will to work with a first time investor, possibly guide me with my first investment.  I learn more by doing than reading. I need hands on experience. I have lots of questions but also look forward to what the future has in store for my investment future. any and all info/advice is helpful.
