We have a routine payment plan process for tenants with hardships and plan to work with tenants that have their lives disrupted so far as we are able.

Whenever I've felt uncomfortable I leave or get somewhere safer like a store or office building.I guess I don't feel that my life is worth a few bucks.

Signed- Here in Ontario, Canada, our laws are very tenant friendly and I routinely hear horror stories about tenants not paying rent for months and months on end and landlords being able to do little to nothing in terms of getting them out within a reasonable time. 

Use the CC for routine purchases to get the points or cash back and always pay them off.

Hi Steve,As someone who has done PM for almost thirty years, this is the essential old mom VS dad routine.

In my real estate sales days were I drove routinely 30k plus miles a year a sound safe and new car were a must. cant be broke down while trying to show property. 

The businesses are scared and getting vandalized on a routine basis not to mention the defecating and urinating on the public areas.

Even in the worst neighborhoods I would feel uncomfortable walking though but wouldn’t feel threatened for my life due to gang violence or insane amount of crime.

I  consider myself to be a pretty conservative person, but even I got myself into a spot that is uncomfortable and unfortunately ensuring I am "stuck" in a place I wasnt prepared to be in...
