Hi, up until this spring, I spent the last 2 years as a travel RN, meaning that I had different contracts of 3 months with different agencies working for different hospitals.

Need to do work on the front porch/back porch and both doors(settiling damage from the trailer park moving our home under contract).

Word traveled around fast that I was looking for land. 

Such as legal fees, travel costs, closing costs, etc.

I am 16 years old and I have been learning about REI for the past 6 months, and now I’m looking into flipping a small house, and then getting into rentals, I have noticed that some trailer houses in my area are being sold for around 10k because they are in need of some love.

If my tenants need me to collect the rent in cash or check - there is a fee for travel charged to them in addition to administration fee for depositing the check/cash into a bank account.

Geez Those trailers are outdated Craigslist junkers don’t waste your money on that crap
