Thoughts on investing in mobile homes?

I am 16 years old and I have been learning about REI for the past 6 months, and now I'm looking into flipping a small house, and then getting into rentals, I have noticed that some trailer houses in my area are being sold for around 10k because they are in need of some love. Do you think I should try to flip one?
