It's pretty resilient, and hangs on, but it's up and down.I know it looks great from Boston,  (it's only 2.5 to 3 hours north) but it might as well be on another planet in every way. 

So when I need a new admin for the advertising business I own, I place an ad for a $10/hour entry level position and I get 100 resumes from kids who just graduated with a degree in speech communications, or marketing & PR, or some other BS degree (says the guy with a philosophy degree), and they're $100K in debt and no idea how they'll ever get out of it. 

I'll be self managing, and it would be nice to have one (or two or three) handy men available that I could call when any maintenance issues come up.

I have three cars but only one car payment on my Tesla.

I say to multiple applicants, I've got several others also pending, I do require if approved full deposit and lease signed within 36 hours. so if that doesn't get completed I take the next person qualified in line. 

I am looking to start a small happy hour group and/or meetup.

We have three locations currently and we rent all three spaces. 

According to my handyman all three of the thermostats I have in my single family rental property are no longer functioning and need to be replaced.

I've had three other clients pay rent since the debacle with erentpayment and those were processed by erentpayment correctly. 

It includes funding for three "coastal spines" to control flooding, new reservoirs, and buyouts of thousands of properties.
