Does anyone know of a list, or internet source discussing which states are landlord friendly to mobile home park owners?

I use a HELOC to purchase the property and do all the repairs.I am fixing them up (myself doing the majority of the work subbing out big tasks).When I am done I get a cash out 30 year mortgage for what I have into the investment and pay back what I used on my HELOC.

Oh, I also have the task of convincing my wife.....she, like the majority of Americans lives her life based on FEAR and is not very excited about my intentions to enter the RE market:)Thoughts?

We will handle all of the typical all daily tasks that come with being a landlord as well as the unexpected large problems that may pop up.

Chicago has the advantage of having alot of services that can automate alot of the tasks and potential issues that come with  starting a vacation rental. 

You have all been in my shoes before, how this goal of planning for the future and becoming profitable in this field can be a daunting and intimidating task.

Hello @Carrie Anderson,  Well I had to look up the word lurker- I am not that well versed in the "internet culture".  

The wife recently delegated the task to me and I left 2 friendly messages for him to call me back and did not receive a call back.
