Wholesaling Newbies, need more real time videos/podcasts on cold calling, negotiating with sellers and contractual agreements. 

Also in regards to your renovations, if you get it under contract you can then get an option period to get a contractor in there to verify your renovation estimates (at least in Texas), also if you have the time you would be shocked how much time stuff you can do yourself by watching a few YouTube videos (minus electrical and plumbing...)

I saw your video on Ring and based on their violent behavior, it seems like they shouldve been locked up for threats and damaging property.
