I would definitely buy more from them but the waiting list is frustrating and it’s hard to buy in specific areas from them as it’s based on what they have available when you hit the top of the waiting list.

My focus has been in Lexington because of my familiarity with the area, but Louisville seems to have more options in the small multi-family investing (my preference!).

Sheridan, Albany, and Johnson counties would also be good options.
