When you achieve income, you can then pay yourself from the S-Corp using the 1:2 salary / dividend split to minimize your self-employment tax liability while still showing an income to prospective lenders for personal credit.Additional LLCs are likewise are part owned by the S-Corp and your trust so tey multi-member protection.Remember to insure all of your entities and all or your holdings.Hope this helps ...

We just got funding squared away so we are going to try some of those off market styles and see how it goes.

If you are accustomed to a dorm room, this style living may not be too bad for you.

I have no intention of going because I have a feeling it is nothing but an infomercial with a timeshare-style sales pitch.I believe real estate is attractive to the "get rich quick" mindset because everyone is familiar with a house.

Just as you suggested, 40 and the work that is involved achieving and holding, might be way too high?

I'm not sure if any of the data services out there track inventory or demand over time for a particular city.Yes I believe a wedding type event space for estate style weddings would do well, and I've been considering a project along those lines.
