@Jamila Thompson I would strongly discourage you from pursuing an MBA in Real Estate.

Strongly, in time, I feel as though REI is the way to go for the future which brings me to my real estate interest which include: BRRRR, House Hacking, Stack, Development and Commercial REI.

I am looking to leverage it as strongly as possible, buying as big of a fourplex as I can while still producing cashflow.

This is the type of asset where you make money, and if rental demand for this asset is strong in the market you're in it will usually perform well during a downturn.
