Keep in mind when you're hiring a GC you're  hiring him for his management skills as well as his team of professionals he has acquired and built over the years.

Depends on market, but sometimes a JV like this works well.Hotels and large scale commercial, of course, but I'm limited in that area.Open to teaming up with anyone that wants to explore international investors or lenders.

From what I understand, Memphis has very great areas and very bad areas.It's good practice for an out of state investor to build a local team or partner with a seasoned investor in the area.
