@Mike Gonzalez keep it simple, its gross rent less taxes , Ins, PM ( property management, 8% of gross rent ) 5% for misl, and any other expenses, snow, lawn , water etc, divided buy your PP.

@Shaun TroyerLife estate could be an out of the box option, too.If you want something more standard, just a simple lease back would work after purchasing.

Those numbers, though, depend on many factors that will be specific to your local market; you won't be able to be given a simple yes or no response from anybody here.
