Here's a couple ideas that might help:- Consider a contract that outlines specific completion timelines with bonuses or penalties for hitting those targets (if you decide to get a new contractor, as I assume you don't have this agreement with the current contractor).- Complete the common areas first, and then have your contractor focus on one unit at a time.
