I purhased and flipped my first home (live in flip) and am in my second home today.

I just closed on my second rental property 2 weeks ago and am now looking to save for my next investment.I have $5,000 I’m willing to take a little risk with and have heard good things about Fundrise and RealtyShares. 

Am I hard nosed enough to start taking the legal steps toward a Trustee's Sale (these were in Texas) on the second of the month?

He started out as a highway patrol officer, but after our second child was born we both decided it was best for him to quit and be the stay at home parent and for me to keep working.

My long term tenant/friend (at this point) moved with us and stayed until our second boy was born.My wife and I both work, so I'm looking for a little more hands off approach.

They financed as a second home and are goi v to use the detached/studio for themselves and AirBnB.

We keep hoping for contractors we'd like to use again after their first or second job.

@Neal DanielsGot it, Outside of your Gf do you want to house hack beyond that, meaning do you plan on looking at 2 bedrooms and renting out the second bedroom to someone else?
