Fundrise or RealtyShares?

Hey BP Nation!

I just closed on my second rental property 2 weeks ago and am now looking to save for my next investment.

I have $5,000 I’m willing to take a little risk with and have heard good things about Fundrise and RealtyShares.

Does anyone have experience using either platform? The good? The bad? The great? The sucky?

Would love to hear your feedback and comments!

Tyler Jahnke I would buy a partial performing note that way you know where your $ is going and you get instant cash flow.
