Just make sure you find someone who has similar lifestyle as you (noise/cleanliness/etc) - vet them just like you would a normal tenant and interview to get a sense of their personality.3) I purchased in 2015 so prices were lower than now (from a cashflow perspective), so may be harder to attain now, but the other 2 units + 2 parking spaces paid for all the expenses w/approx $400 left over... but I also sacrificed area to get a good deal/income I wanted.

This neighbor unknown to my mother, had built a chicken coop, play area, parks his vehicles on the lot, installed a garden and to top it off - built a wire fence around my Mom's lot!

I mentioned where we live and he said he has a mobile home park he’s had for 18 years and doesn’t have time to manage and is paid for so he doesn’t have offset for the income in regards to taxes.

He has already caused a lot of issues for us in the few weeks we have closed on the property including calling the city to stop work, yelling at our contractors for parking in front of our house (their car had gone a tiny bit in front of the neighbor's driveway), etc.
