Is it a good market for long term rentals?

We’ve updated the house and are ready to put it up for rental.

But this is starting to change as I'm currently pricing DSCR rental loans at or below 7%.

Yes I have a few rentals right now and I have 6+ months of reserves for my current rentals but I do not have enough to buy more than 1 or 2 of his SFH 

Two rentals I have, the water has to be in the owner's name.

Hi Jagan, Many of our investor buyers have been focusing in on TN due to good location and rental demands. 

Is there some other way to have your rental mortgages paid through a business?

I registered in Wyoming as many do but just ran across information saying that in order to “conduct business” in NY in having LLC owned rental property, I must now register as a foreign LLC with NY.   

I've lived in the PNW for 25 years, but I'm hoping to start building a rental portfolio in my hometown of Lexington, KY.
