You may want to start attending some local real estate investing networking events here in NYC.You can find the events either using the events feature of biggerpockets or by going to meetup.com and searching for a group.A lot of attendees of these events live in New York and invest in areas that are more cash-flow friendly(upstate, CT, MA, PA, NJ etc).I went ahead and pulled up some events that are occuring in NY in the near future.https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/521-events-an...In the meantime - feel free to be more active on the boards - alot of us are very friendly and helpful!
