As I’m sure many people have experienced in the beginning, there are some speed bumps I’m trying to get over as I get started and am hoping to find the connections or advice that might give me the nudge I need to keep moving forward.

If their quality and cost remains competitive, you will continue bringing them constant work.

Anyone in Houston used a quality general contractor?

The quality of agents runs the gamut, but I bet you don't ask the attorney to represent you and tell them I won't pay you until I am sure you win the case (obviously some do work that way but talking about the situations where that is not the case).That being said, if you ask someone to run around and do a bunch of "free" work eventually that tapers off as they find clients that respect their time, energy, resources (assuming they are worth their weight). 

We'll see though.......maybe in the end they go to Bryan-College Station on the High Speed Rail Stop.

AmyI'd definitely recommend having quality representation if you're new. 

I'm sincerely proud of Texas for being the first United States to utilize high speed trains like this!

at least getting 50% of a quality list that you can actually use.  

Hey Jonathan,It's definitely a great rental market and you are going to have a strong demand if you have a quality rental as Kyle mentioned you have great schools all around you and you are pretty close to Glades and 441 intersection where you have a lot of stores and amenities as well as the West Boca hospital is right there(living in West Boca unless you are going to the beach you don't really need to leave the area).
