Learning how to manage a house you've purchased is far more complicated.

Everything I see online talks about required renovations to make the numbers work for these properties. 

I'll most likely have to learn the market online if I were to do this virtually.

The process of purchasing a property takes a little time, but typically less than 60 days.

Sell the property purchased as single property as 2 properties.  

I specifically need really user friendly accounting features (including ability to sync with quickbooks and print checks directly from the site/software), customizable online application, and online rent-pay as an option (hopefully with free or very cheap ACH). 

Does it start from the purchase date to the sale date?
