I had a conversation with a rehabber that told me business is booming for him in the pleasant prairie area.

In particular, it seems like working with a private lender / hard money lender with a short term loan for the course of the flip might do the trick.

i suggest go to a branch, ask to be seen by a private client or branch manager. show them ur wells statement and ask what they can offer.

So if you can obtain a private lender's cash in an amount you will be making bids with ahead of time, go for it.

@Grant Carrington I hadn't looked into the equity line because we bought our house in October, but you're right it may be an easy conversation to find the down payment in the alternative way.
